How do I choose the right size?
You have to choose the size according to the greater value between the physical weight and the volumetric weight.
How is the volumetric weight calculated?
In Blue Express, it is calculated by multiplying the value in centimeters of the height x length x width and then dividing the result by 4,000.
EXAMPLE: You want to ship a parka weighing 1 kg in a 30 x 30 x 30 cm box.
Physical weight= 1 (kg) · Volumetric weight (30x30x30/4000)= 6,75
In this case you should choose the size according to the volumetric weight, since it is greater than the physical weight. That is to say, according to its measurements it corresponds to a size L.
